Anti-Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent specifically recognizes glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), a conserved ~37 kDa cytosolic enzyme that catalyzes the sixth step of glycolysis and is widely used as an internal loading control in immunoblotting experiments.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, the antibody produces a single dominant band at the expected molecular weight on reduced lysates. Each vial contains 100 µg of affinity-purified IgG supplied in a buffered carrier solution that dilutes readily into standard blocking buffers and is free of carrier proteins that could interfere with downstream detection.

For short-term use the reagent should be kept refrigerated at 4°C; for longer storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles that can reduce titer over time.
