Anti-Glutathione peroxidase 7 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody binds glutathione peroxidase 7 (GPX7), a non-selenocysteine member of the glutathione peroxidase enzyme family that contributes to cellular redox balance and the reduction of lipid hydroperoxides. Researchers apply it to investigate oxidative stress pathways, endoplasmic reticulum-associated antioxidant defense, and the reported tumor-suppressor function of GPX7 in breast and esophageal carcinoma cell lines.
