The Anti-GLUT3 Antibody [#10] from Antibodies.com is a rat monoclonal IgG reagent supplied as 100 µg of liquid formulation, validated for western blot detection of mouse Glucose Transporter 3 (SLC2A3).
GLUT3 is the high-affinity neuronal glucose transporter that mediates the majority of basal glucose uptake in the brain, and is also expressed in testis, spermatozoa, and preimplantation embryos. Clone #10 specifically recognizes the mouse SLC2A3 protein, supporting studies of neuronal metabolism, blood-brain barrier glucose transport, and reproductive cell biology.
Store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The unconjugated antibody is provided in a single vial and is intended for research use only.
