Anti-GluR8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human GluR8 (also known as GRM8, mGluR8, GPRC1H, or Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor 8) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is unconjugated and formulated in phosphate buffered saline without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺ (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with Rabbit IgG as the isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of total GluR8 protein.
