Anti-GluR4 (phospho-S862) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GluR4 when phosphorylated at Serine 862, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human GluR4 around the phosphorylation site of Ser862.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with > 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of GluR4 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser862, with an approximate molecular weight of 100 kDa. One scientific validation image is available.
