From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent targets GluR4 and is suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 850-900 of Human GluR4 and specifically detects endogenous levels of GluR4 protein. It exhibits a molecular weight of approximately 100 kDa and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Two scientific validation images are available.
