Anti-GluR4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from human GluR4 (glutamate ionotropic receptor AMPA type subunit 4) and recognizes endogenous levels of the total GluR4 protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been tested for cross-reactivity in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
