Anti-GluR2 (Y873) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of Human GluR2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GluR2 protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight is ~ 100 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
