Anti-GluR2 / 3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum against a synthetic peptide derived from the human GluR2 / 3 sequence, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody of the rabbit IgG isotype recognizes endogenous levels of total GluR2 / 3 protein and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human, mouse and rat samples. Upon arrival, the contents should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity, and the product is intended for research use only.
