Anti-GluR1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the GluR1 target. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is recombinant full length Human GluR1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GluR1 protein, with an expected molecular weight of approximately 102 kDa. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
