Anti-GluR-2 (phospho-S880) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against GluR-2 (phospho-S880). The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human GluR2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 880, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GluR-2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser880. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 100 kDa.
