Anti-GLUD1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against GLUD1. It belongs to the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated, with reactivity reported against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000 IHC 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:500-1:1,000. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 54-242 of human GLUD1 (NP_005262.1), and the target protein is reported at 52 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity methods and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration.

It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt the product should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
