Anti-Glucosidase IIβ (K117) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Glucosidase IIβ and is generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 90-130 of the human protein. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody detects endogenous levels of Glucosidase IIβ protein, with the target observed at molecular weights of approximately 59 and 80 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
