Anti-GLU2B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and distributed through AFMS, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against GLU2B (Glucosidase 2 subunit beta, also known as PRKCSH / 80K-H protein). The antibody is supplied as a 50µl liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (without Mg²+ and Ca²+), pH 7.4, containing 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is presented unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It was generated by immunising rabbits with a synthetic peptide derived from human GLU2B (amino acids 81–130) and purified from serum by antigen affinity chromatography on the immunising peptide, recognising the target at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 59kDa. Validated applications include Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000), immunofluorescence (1:100–1:500) and ELISA (1:10,000), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human and Mouse samples, with no cross-reactivity reported to date. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
