Anti-GLS2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises GLS2 and is supplied as a liquid. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 500–602 of human GLS2 (NP_037399.2), with the target's predicted molecular weight being 66 kDa. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity purified. Alternative names recorded for the target protein include GA, GLS, Glutaminase liver isoform (mitochondrial), L-glutaminase and L-glutamine amidohydrolase.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supported by two scientific validation images. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The concentration is lot specific.

The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
