Anti-GLS Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets Glutaminase (GLS) and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications in human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 610–669 of human Glutaminase (NP_055720.3) and recognises a target of 65–73 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product ships at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
