Anti-GLRX3 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against the human GLRX3 target (also referred to as PICOT). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–335 of human GLRX3 (NP_001186797.1). The target has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IP: 1:50-1:100. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
