Anti-GLRX Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Glutaredoxin 1 (GLRX) is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (WB, IHC, ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-106 of human GLRX (NP_001112362.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 12 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a lot-specific concentration.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
