Anti-GLRA1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the glycine receptor alpha-1 (GLRA1) subunit, a ligand-gated chloride channel studied extensively in neuroscience and neurology research. Raised in rabbit and purified as an unconjugated IgG preparation, this primary antibody is validated for Western Blot and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting translational work across model organisms and human tissue.

GLRA1 assembles into inhibitory pentameric receptors concentrated in spinal cord motor neurons, brainstem nuclei, and select forebrain regions, where it mediates fast synaptic inhibition.
