Anti-GLPK Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary research reagent, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human GLPK. Supplied at 50 µl and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated IgG preparation is intended for use in Western blotting and immunofluorescence applications, where it detects endogenous levels of total GLPK protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.
