Anti-GLP2R Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody to GLP2R supplied as a liquid. The target GLP2R is recognized in samples of human and mouse origin, and the antibody is unconjugated with an IgG isotype [C0, S1].

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 460-553 of human GLP2R (NP_004237.1). Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The reported molecular weight of the target is 63 kDa [S1].

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.
