Anti-GLP1R Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GLP-1R (also referred to as GLP1R). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–116 of human GLP1R (NP_002053.3).

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
