Anti-GLO1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against GLO1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent suitable for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–184 of human GLO1 (NP_006699.2). It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and detects the target at a molecular weight of approximately 21 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
