Description
Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets GLK protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is presented at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen corresponds to recombinant full length human GLK, and the reagent recognises endogenous GLK protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is ~ 101kDa, and the host isotype is IgG.
