Anti-GLI2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GLI2 and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised in Rabbit and shows reactivity with Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-175 of mus musculus GLI2 (NP_001074594.1). The antibody has a predicted molecular weight of 90 kDa and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. The product concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is suggested. Storage instructions call for shipping at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery, while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
