Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises GLI1 and is validated for Western Blot (WB). It is unconjugated and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human GLI1, and the reagent has been affinity purified. The associated molecular weight is 160 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended WB dilution is 1:500–1:2,000.
