Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Gle1 from Antibodies.com is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was raised against a 14 amino acid peptide near the center of human Gle1.
The reagent is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline with 0.02% Sodium Azide and is affinity chromatography purified via peptide column. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are available.
The Gle1 target is also known by the synonyms GLE1 RNA export mediator, GLE1-like protein, GLE1L, hGLE1, mRNA export factor GLE1 and Nucleoporin GLE1.
