Anti-GLB1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and distributed through Bio-Connect, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the lysosomal hydrolase beta-galactosidase-1 (GLB1) and is intended for the detection of endogenous GLB1 protein in standard Western blot workflows. Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody at approximately 1 mg/mL, supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) at roughly pH 7.2 with 0.05% sodium azide added as a preservative, and the reagent is supplied unconjugated to give the user full flexibility for downstream labelling or detection chemistries. The antibody is polyclonal in nature (rabbit IgG), and the estimated purity is reported at greater than 95%. Species reactivity has been validated on Human and Rat samples, and the product is certified for research use only. For routine handling, the vial should be kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C for short-term use; for longer-term storage, aliquot the antibody and store at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. A typical Western blot working dilution of around 1:500–1:1000 is recommended as a starting point.
