Anti-GLB1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in Rabbit against GLB1, also known as Beta-galactosidase, and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of IgG isotype. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reported molecular weight is 65 kDa. The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 329–677 of human GLB1 (NP_000395.3). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
