Anti-GLA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against GLA and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It is unconjugated and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total GLA, with the immunogen being recombinant protein of human GLA, and the product was purified by affinity purification using the immunogen.

The reagent is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
