Anti-GK2 (Y306) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against GK2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 276-325 of human GK2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GK2 protein. It is unconjugated and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
