Anti-GK/GK3 (H39) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against GK/GK3 (H39). It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 3-60 of Human GK, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of GK and GK3 protein. The target has a molecular weight of ~ 61 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
