Anti-GK Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GK (glycerol kinase), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with human, mouse and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of total GK protein.

The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 61 kDa, and purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (approximately pH 7.2–7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide, with some preparations also containing 50% glycerol. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
