Anti-GJD2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GJD2 (also known as Cx36), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blotting. The antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 37 kDa, and the recommended dilution for WB is 1:200-1:2,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 99-197 of human GJD2 (NP_065711.1). The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
