Anti-GJB3 Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide of human GJB3 (Gap junction beta-3 protein, also known as Connexin-31 / Cx31) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG antiserum at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with affinity purification performed on the immunogen to deliver an antibody that detects endogenous levels of total GJB3. Recommended applications for this lot include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been validated for reactivity with human and mouse samples, with rat reactivity additionally reported on the supplier's datasheet.
