Anti-GJB3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GJB3, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen used was recombinant full-length human GJB3, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the GJB3 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 31 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. GJB3 is also known by the synonyms Connexin-31, Cx31, and Gap junction beta-3 protein.
