Anti-GJB1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes Connexin 32 (GJB1) and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supported by one scientific validation image.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 214-283 of human GJB1 (NP_000157.1) and is affinity purified. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with lot-specific concentration. The target is reported at a molecular weight of 32 kDa / 36 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:200 - 1:1,000.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
