Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GJA4 (also referred to as Cx37), offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated, supplied as a liquid, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications with human samples. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and isotype is IgG.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human GJA4 (NP_002051.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 43 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
