Anti-GIT1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GIT1, a multifunctional scaffold protein that organizes focal adhesion complexes, regulates cell migration, and coordinates receptor endocytosis through its interactions with p21-activated kinase, paxillin, and PIX-family Rho GEFs. The reagent is provided by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3.

Anti-GIT1 antibody is validated for western blot detection in human, rat, and mouse samples and is used to investigate integrin signaling, cytoskeletal remodeling, neuronal synapse formation, and the trafficking of G protein-coupled receptors.
