Anti-GIPR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognises GIPR and is presented as a liquid. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–138 of human GIPR (NP_000155.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
