Anti-GIPC1 Antibody

The GIPC1 protein is a PDZ-domain scaffolding factor best known by its alternate names Synectin, NIP, and GLUT1CBP, where it couples G-protein coupled receptors and selected receptor tyrosine kinases to downstream trafficking, endocytic recycling, and cytoskeletal pathways. Endogenous GIPC1 migrates near 36 kDa, supporting straightforward band identification on reducing SDS-PAGE gels, and the reagent is paired with the usual anti-rabbit HRP or biotinylated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent or chromogenic IHC readouts.
