Description
Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GIP. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The isotype is IgG.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human GIP, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GIP protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Affinity purification yields a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 17 kDa.
