Anti-GIF Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Gastric Intrinsic Factor (GIF) and is supplied as a liquid reagent with a molecular weight of 45 kDa in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20-300 of human GIF (NP_005133.2), and the antibody is affinity purified. Validated for Western blot and ICC/IF applications, it reacts with human and mouse samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The unconjugated IgG antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
