Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets GIDRP88 (also known as TIPRL), a protein linked to regulation of TOR signaling and to PP2A/PP6 phosphatase activity in mammalian cells. It is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse specimens, supporting research into nutrient-sensing, autophagy, and phosphatase-driven signal transduction pathways.

As an unconjugated primary antibody, it can be paired with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondaries chosen by the user, allowing chromogenic or fluorescent detection on western blots and chromogenic or fluorescent IHC staining of fixed tissue sections. Reactivity covers both human and mouse, which is useful for translational studies that compare findings in patient-derived or cell-line material with murine model phenotypes. The 100 µl volume supports multiple experiments at standard working dilutions typical of polyclonal reagents. For storage, aliquot and store at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve activity; the product is intended for research use only.
