Anti-GHRHR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the GHRHR target. The unconjugated IgG reagent is generated in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was produced using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-130 of human GHRHR (NP_000814.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific.
