Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Ghrelin and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated.
The antibody detects endogenous levels of Ghrelin protein and was generated using recombinant full length Human Ghrelin as the immunogen. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation is greater than 95% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE, with the target migrating at approximately 13 kDa.
The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
