Anti-GH1 Antibody

The polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the human Growth Hormone 1 (GH1) protein, a 22 kDa pituitary somatotropin that regulates postnatal growth, lipolysis, and protein anabolism through hepatic IGF-1 production. Raised in rabbit hosts and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum, the antibody supports two routine readouts in pituitary and neuroendocrine research: WB for confirming the mature 22 kDa band in cell lysates, and IHC for visualizing somatotroph populations in fixed tissue sections.
