Anti-GH1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent targets GH1 (Growth Hormone 1), the somatotroph-derived polypeptide hormone encoded on chromosome 17. Produced by Antibodies.com and raised in rabbit, the antibody recognizes the native growth hormone protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) detection in lysates prepared from human, mouse, and rat tissues and cell lines.

The unconjugated preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, packaged as a 100 µl vial suitable for repeated small-volume aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
