Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GGT1 and supplied as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody was generated in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the GGT1 protein and was raised using recombinant full-length Human GGT1 as the immunogen.
The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of approximately 61 kDa.
