Anti-GGT1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against GGT1 (gamma-glutamyltransferase 1), suitable for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous GGT1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human GGT1, and the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal antibody at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide (liquid formulation, approximately pH 7.2). The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, providing high specificity for total endogenous GGT1 levels. The product is shipped at 4 °C on blue ice and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
